On account of high customer satisfaction and request since the introduction of Fronius welder’s helmet, the Vizor 1000 will be available with a connecting socket at the rear of the helmet. Here, the novelty in Vizor 1000 Air is the fresh-air system which is used as soon as the ambient conditions do not guarantee sufficient ventilation. Thus, the welder is protected against particles, weld smoke and dust, and in addition a cooling air current ensures pleasant and safe working condition up to twenty times the maximum threshold limit value.

Based on market surveys revealing the customers’ request, the Welding Protection Liquid is new as well. This protective liquid reduces the adhesion of weld splatters on the component, thus reducing distinctly any rework, and is suitable for all materials. Applied properly, the Welding Protection Liquid helps the customer to save money and thus turns into an interesting investment.

After harmonisation with the national process experts, the International Welding Accessories were extended by a MultiMagnet, which is intended to facilitate the positioning of magnetic / ferritic components. The special feature here is that the magnets can be switched on and off. Moreover it can be used perfectly for flat, angular and round materials. The market for this product is still relatively small which means there is quite some potential!
