Participation Conditions

By registering with the Fronius photovoltaic gallery, you are stating that you agree to the following participation conditions:

Protection of your personal data is a top priority for Fronius International GmbH. The personal data you provide us with will always be stored, processed and used in compliance with currently applicable Austrian data protection regulations. Fronius International GmbH will protect the confidentiality of your data and will not sell, hire out or otherwise make it available to Third Parties.

Participation is free.

The documents you submit will be held by Fronius and will not be returned.

There is no absolute right to the publication of your pictures and data.

By registering, you declare that you are agreeing to publication without remuneration. Moreover, there will be no other rights or other claims arising vis-à-vis Fronius International GmbH.

Contributions that infringe copyrights or other Third Party proprietary rights at home or abroad will not be permissible.

Fronius reserves the right to delete a participant's contributions or exchange them for the contributions of other participants at its discretion. In this case the participant shall have no explicit right to notification.

By registering, the participant transfers to Fronius International GmbH an irrevocable and unlimited right to unrestricted use of his data and documents within the scope of Fronius International GmbH's business aims, in particular the right to duplication, publication, editing in addition to storage and publication in electronic media and databases.

Fronius International GmbH reserves the right to amend these participation conditions in an appropriate manner. The participation conditions currently applicable may be inspected at any time through the website.

Fronius International GmbH will accept no liability for the contributions submitted by participants. Every participant will undertake to release Fronius from any claims that Third Parties may assert at home or abroad as a result of his contributions. If contributions have been submitted following prior registration of participant data, the registered participant will release Fronius International GmbH from all Third Party claims if these entry contributions have been submitted not by the registered participant himself but by Third Parties. The aforementioned indemnities shall relate in particular but not exclusively to claims that Third Parties may assert due to the infringement of copyrights or comparable rights, or due to the violation of laws of competition. Acceptance of the reasonable costs of an action arising for Fronius is one of the special indemnity obligations.

By participating in the exchange of information made possible on the website, the participant transfers to Fronius International GmbH an irrevocable and unlimited right to unrestricted use of his contributions within the scope of Fronius International GmbH's business aims, in particular the right to duplication, publication, editing in addition to storage and publication in electronic media and databases.
