Resonant Intelligence

Our electrode inverters belong to the family of digital welding systems, but also have added intelligence. Or more precisely, resonant intelligence. What does this mean? Using resonant intelligence, the arc directly influences the output.

The advantage: resonant intelligence reacts to every minute change in the arc. The result is always a perfect and constant arc, and the best welding results. Added to that are adequate power reserves and an ideal characteristic.

A further problem with single-phase machines is also solved using resonant intelligence: welding with long mains cables. Sufficient power reserves mean that mains cables 100 m in length (for example) can be used without any loss of power. For example: 4 mm cellulose electrodes that previously could not be used with single-phase systems are now easy to weld. Absolutely problem-free, even in vertical down seam position.

In a word, resonant intelligence always works, and produces the best results.
