Fronius and Fill: systematic cooperation

Done and dusted. Otto Schuster (Fronius management team) and Wolfgang Rathner (managing director of Fill) signed a pioneering cooperation agreement on October 19th and 29th respectively. This alliance now makes it possible to provide a complete system for LaserHybrid welding. The customer benefits from system components that complement each other perfectly and a bundled service package.
Founded in 1966, Fill GmbH specialises in customised complete solutions in production plant construction and is now one of the world's leading mechanical and plant engineering companies. The family-owned company has been a Fronius customer for years. What has been a good relationship to date has now evolved into a strong partnership in welding technology.
Fill will in future act as a general contractor and integrator for the Fronius LaserHybrid process throughout Europe. Technology leader Fronius has the process know-how and will supply the LaserHybrid heads and power sources. Fill completes the system by supplying the lasers and automation components, the system components as it were.
An extremely sophisticated welding system, the implementation of customer-specific requirements, tests, trial runs and service all from a single source give customers with this solution an edge over the market in terms of technology and quality.
