Fronius hosts international automotive conference

The Fronius site in Sattledt is about to welcome the international automotive scene for the third time. Experts and guests from around the world will make their way to Austria for the event, which is being held on October 10th and 11th 2012. While the focus will be on "Joining challenges in modern vehicle manufacturing", networking will naturally also be high on the agenda. Leading figures from the global automotive industry have already accepted invitations to speak at the conference.

Under honorary chairman Dr. Klaus Koglin and fellow chairs Heiko Steinmetz (Daimler AG) and Steffen Müller (Audi AG), visitors can look forward to a fascinating insight into the joining of modern and state-of-the-art materials in chassis and bodywork engineering, as well as hearing all about hybrid joints and concepts for lightweight engineering and E-mobility.

The keynote speaker on day one this year will be geneticist and author Professor Markus Hengstschläger. Conference languages on both days are English, French and German, with simultaneous interpreting.
