Fronius Welding Education setting successful standards

Since the new sales structure in Welding Technology and the associated introduction of process experts took effect, both of which contribute to swift action and reaction in the various Fronius markets, the Welding Education department has become more important and ambitious than ever.

Welding Education at Fronius is often associated with custom solutions for welding technology systems at training and vocational institutes.
But that is not the whole picture. Welding Education also supports welding teachers with their own advanced training. On the one hand, it provides effective documentation that consists of a three-part Fronius training software including general information on welding processes that is also popular for teachers as a basis for workshops and presentations for their students. On the other hand, teachers also take the opportunity to further educate themselves at Fronius.

The Welding Education program includes presentations at schools as well. This gives Fronius the chance to introduce its innovative products at various open houses. In turn, interest in Fronius products is generated among teachers and students. In 2007 about 800 students visited the leader in welding technology.

Even teachers come to Fronius to check out the latest innovations. In addition, Welding Education knows no borders in this regard and teachers have come to Wels from all over the world.
