VmA Technika 2011 showcases Fronius charging technology
15.12.2011
The Battery Charging Systems division again attended the VmA Technika trade fair this year. It is the fifth time the fair has taken place. At the exhibition, the three Bosch wholesalers Knoll, Küblbeck and Lorch presented a comprehensive range of workshop products. This opportunity to showcase Fronius battery charging systems for car dealerships was not to be missed.
The two-day event in Nürnberg was a great success for the organisers, attracting 18,000 visitors. The 200 exhibitors used the 15,000m² of floor space to display comprehensive product ranges for both vehicles and workshops.
On its stand, Fronius presented the Acctiva range of battery charging systems: Professional 35A, Easy, Seller and Professional Flash. This bespoke product portfolio, which covers all car dealership areas and has been inspected and recommended by a number of well-known automobile manufacturers, aroused a good deal of interest.
The Acctiva battery charging systems were also exhibited on several of our partners' stands:
- PCI Diagnose carried out live demonstrations of diagnostic work and software updates on the Acctiva Professional Flash and the Acctiva Professional 35A
- Hella Gutmann presented motorcycles, connecting up the Acctiva Easy for battery conservation charge.
- Knoll, one of the three Bosch wholesalers, showed off the entire range of Acctiva battery charging systems by demonstrating a variety of HGV and passenger vehicle applications. Fronius charging technology was also used to power the 12 V battery of a hybrid vehicle.
Now that Bosch wholesaler Knoll has added the Acctiva battery charging systems to its product range, Fronius is keen to have Küblbeck and Lorch - the other two Bosch manufacturers - follow suit.
