Successful 2nd Fronius Service Partner Meeting "North"

After the premiere last year, the second Fronius Service Partner Meeting in the far north of Germany was held on January 21, 2010. More than 130 partners accepted the invitation and spent a day in icy cold Hamburg that was as informative as it was sociable.

Ulrich Winter, Sales Director for Germany, greeted the attendees and led the meeting through the morning, during which the service partners were informed about news from Fronius and from the PV industry in technical presentations:

The topics focused on the Fronius IG TL, Fronius IG Plus inverters, and their adaptation to the new Medium Voltage Guideline. Another focus was the BDEW Guidelines for connection and parallel operation of generation systems to the medium-voltage grid.

Of course, Fronius experts took questions during and after the presentations.

In the afternoon, one of the typical tour boats was reserved for the service partners. During the cruise, the captain provided interesting facts about the city, the port, and the new HafenCity. The service partners and Fronius employees used the pleasant atmosphere for conversation and personal exchanges.

At the conclusion with Astra beer and curry sausage, the next Fronius Service Partner Meeting on the vigil of Intersolar was already a fixed date on the calendar for many of the attendees.
