Fronius poised for success in China
12.04.2010
Fronius made its debut at this year's 53rd AMR, the leading Chinese trade fair for customer service and maintenance. Fronius battery charging systems were proudly on display on several stands thanks to the sales partners built up over the course of 2009.
All things car and service-related were gathered in Beijing between the 18th and 21st of March 2010. More than 35,000 visitors from over 50 countries attended this year's annual AMR event (Auto Maintenance & Repair).
Ongoing efforts to build up sales partners in China were rewarded with the first green shoots - Fronius Acctiva battery charging systems sitting on three different stands. Our two partners NST and Yingfei, as well as an additional sub-partner, demonstrated the intelligent Fronius charging technology to the wider Asian audience.
The AMR attracted not only local automotive manufacturers, but German marques were also keen to explore the potentially vibrant Chinese market. Fronius is in a position to reap the benefits of its presence at the trade fair following the Acctiva product release. Mercedes, Audi, VW and BMW were delighted to find Fronius represented on the other side of the world, offering the prospect of successfully working together within Asian market spheres.
