Guides
Your tour will be guided by one of our experienced Fronius guides. All of them are very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.

Proof of booking
Please print out the confirmation e-mail that you will receive after you register, and bring it with you when you come for your tour. If you booked your visit by telephone, just tell us your name when you arrive.

Meeting Points
Guided factory tour – Standard: At the reception desk in the entrance concourse at Sattledt or Wels.
Guided factory tour – Individual: In the reception area at either the Pettenbach, Wels or Sattledt site, depending on which tour you booked.

Starting times of the guided visits
In order for us to conduct all the arranged visits on schedule, we need you to arrive punctually at the agreed time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we regret that it will no longer be possible for you to take part in the tour. We are unable to guarantee that visitors who arrive too late will have another opportunity to join a tour on the same day. 

Distance covered 
The distance covered can be as much as 2 km. The path followed by the tour will sometimes take you outdoors, and also includes stairways. Wheelchair users should only take the tour if they are accompanied by an able-bodied “pusher”. Stout footwear is necessary!

Safety warnings
For safety reasons, we would ask you to follow all the instructions given by our guides, and not to leave your group. In the production facilities, it is also not allowed to stray from the marked paths. 

Photography and making of video recordings
Photography and the making of video recordings are prohibited in all Fronius company buildings.

Smoking, eating & drinking
Smoking, eating and drinking is permitted only in declared areas on Fronius premises.
