The benefits of the earlier Vizor 1000 welding helmet range from Fronius are well known. Now get ready to welcome the new generation: Vizor 3000. These new models offer greater comfort and better protection when welding thanks to their improved features.

Wels. The new Vizor 3000 range of welding helmets has been available since May 2009, including the Standard, Plus and Professional, along with corresponding Air models. Improvements have been made to the whole range. The field of vision has been increased by 33%, giving the welder a perfect view of his work. In addition, the weight of the helmets has been decreased by 15%, making them more comfortable to wear. On all models the cover plate is now located further back, offering better protection against scratches and dirt and increasing the service life of the helmet. Automatic darkening ensures excellent visibility and safety when welding. Of course, the helmets offer permanent UV/IR ray and heat protection as well. New to the family are the Vizor 3000 Plus and Vizor 3000 Air Plus. The difference between the Air Plus and Standard versions of Vizor 3000 is that the former have continuously variable protection settings from 9 - 13, providing protection from 60 - 450 amperes. In particular, the Vizor 3000 Plus and Professional models allow more precise control thanks to greater, continuous adjustment between 9 and 13 or 5 and 13 respectively. These models are also equipped with replaceable back-up batteries for the solar-powered LCD, making the helmet maintenance-free. The Vizor 3000 Professional is the only helmet in the range to boast real colour display. In addition there are handy accessories such as the chest protector and backpack with space for the helmet, gloves and any other materials.
