The new Energie AG OÖ corporate headquarters

The solar system is a part of the efficient energy concept of the Power Tower. The total concept is based on three cornerstones: building envelope/facade – HVACR – energy generation. Compared to a conventional high-rise building, the new Energie AG OÖ headquarters will save 450 tons of CO² annually and thus make a positive contribution to climate protection. The photovoltaic system is located on the southwest side of the Power Tower. It has a surface area of approx. 650 square meters, making it one of the largest facade-integrated solar power generators in Austria. The system produces around 42,000 kWh of power per year, providing green, sustainable energy for a portion of the total power required by the office building.
