Thirty-six new apprentices at Fronius

Thirty-six apprentices are just starting their training in ten different careers at Fronius. "We're proud and very pleased to see all these newcomers", said apprentice supervisors Cornelia Hörmanseder and Rudi Eitelsebner.

They were spoilt for choice in deciding who to take on: 390 applications, 220 work experience students over 640 days.
"Apart from their references, talent and previous experience, we look very closely at personal skills", say the trainers. The intake includes seven young women, who will be working in the warehouse logistics, mechanical engineering, chip removal and electronics areas. Fronius will be training a total of 110 apprentices. The first day at Fronius is dedicated totally to getting to know one another. A two-day seminar for apprentices takes place in Attersee in the middle of the month. The seminar includes sessions on communication, Fronius values and company philosophy.
