Team
Small sales and service teams care for customers of the welding engineering division in direct proximity of their addresses with the full authority of the Fronius know-how.
Today, software controls the crucial functions of Fronius welding equipment, solar inverters, and battery charging systems.
Where safety is concerned, Fronius equipment exceeds the standards required by law.
The seeds of Fronius’ success lie in the spirit of innovation and esprit de corps which pervades all departments and divisions within the company.
Battery charging systems
Numerous manufacturer approvals and recommendations for use in showrooms and workshops are testament to the quality and performance of Fronius battery chargers.
Battery care during brief car and HGV servicing is becoming increasingly important.
Fronius battery charging systems are 100% safe during diagnosis or flashing thanks to Active Inverter Technology.
Fronius battery charging systems are surprisingly compact and lightweight. Even the larger power classes can be wall-mounted or used as on-board chargers.
Fronius battery chargers are up to 96% efficient and reduce energy consumption by as much as 30%.
Fronius Active Inverter Technology reduces electricity and maintenance costs and significantly increases battery life.
Welding technology
Electrode welding is particularly suitable for situations where circumstances prevent the use of a protective gas shield – for example, on construction sites or in mobile repair units.
MIG/MAG welding is the most economical of all the arc welding procedures. Today, the TransSynergic and TransPulsSynergic ranges are synonymous for fully digital high-end MIG/MAG welding units.
The VarioStar and VarioSynergic welding power sources, which are similarly designed for MIG/MAG operation, represent the generation of step-controlled devices.
TIG welding is particularly well suited for situations when the appearance and strength of the welding seam are of crucial importance.
The MagicWave and TransTig ranges are specially designed for TIG welding.
The industrial sector has a demand for high-performance welding systems for use in automatic and robot welding operations. Fronius supplies versatile, modular systems to meet this demand.
Laser hybrid welding combines the power of laser welding with that of MIG welding. This process yields the highest welding quality at speeds of up to ten times that of other welding procedures.
At the Customer and trainings center in Wels, Fronius offers product training and expert training for international customers.
Solar electronics
Since 1995 Fronius produces and distributes high-efficient grid-connected inverters that transform the direct current from the solar modules to alternating current for our daily use. Fronius also offers a complete range of components for professional monitoring of PV systems.
