In 1993, Fronius opened the Rümlang branch near Zurich as a sales and service centre. After just a few years, Fronius has become one of the most important partners in the world of welding in Switzerland. As part of a large family with over 1,600 members throughout the world, the team of approximately 25 benefits from its access to global information. The presence of internationally active workshop fitting companies in Switzerland has enabled the Battery Charging Systems division to gain a firm foothold in the Swiss market.
