Warranty the way you want it

Fronius offers you a warranty system that is flexible, customised and exceptionally transparent. And that gives you a choice of several different packages. Pick whichever one of these gives you the best protection for your particular requirements. With the warranty extension, you can enjoy full protection for the full period.

For everything from a modularly designed networked welding system working 24/7, all the way through to a single welding machine used for one shift a day – Fronius’ custom-tailored warranty system takes account both of the product category and of how long the equipment is in use.

Choose between two and five years for single-shift operation, or between two and three years for multi-shift operation.

The whole warranty extension is paid for up-front, at the beginning of the warranty period. The actual amount is calculated with reference to the product category. This gives you full control of the costs and means that you only have a one-off transaction – that’s it. During the warranty period that you have chosen, the costs of materials, labour and outward and return travel (totalling up to max. 200 km or 3 hours’ travelling time) will all be borne by Fronius.
 

Fronius do not make the warranty extension conditional on registration cards, warranty certificates or annual inspections. You can call upon the warranty at any time, even if your welding system is in service outside your home region. Just tell us the serial number of the power source – that’s all we need to know.
