TransCut is a plasma cutting device which does not, as is usual, use compressed air, but rather, a small amount of liquid. This liquid serves as a medium for the high-energy plasma beam, and makes the device lightweight and portable. A 230 V connection or a generator suffice as a power supply. The compact cutting device can be taken anywhere at any time, and is ready for use within a very short time.
Cutting with TransCut means “green cutting”. Toxic emissions are greatly reduced, by up to 90 %! This considerably improves the working environment. At the same time, Trans Cut reduces metal sparks and contamination of components. The cutting system cuts steel, chrome/nickel and aluminium. High quality cuts of up to 6 mm are possible.
