Commissioning service

If an equipment configuration is ordered including the “Commissioning service”, this comprises the following scope of services:

Connecting up the equipment to the mains power supply and to the gas supply (TIG and MIG/MAG installations).
Connecting up the torch to the power source (on MIG/MAG installations, this includes drawing in the wire inner-liner and cutting it to length, and inserting the wire spool and inching in the wire.) Giving the operating staff instruction regarding the basic functions of the welding system. Duration of the “Commissioning service”: max. 60 min. For more labour-intensive commissioning operations (e.g. on robot power sources or TimeTwin), the labour in excess of the above shall be invoiced on the same basis as for the “Expert training service”.
The service commissioning is free of charge up to a distance of max. 200 km (arrival and return journey) from the VSP team. Further service is on request.
