Extended warranties now available for Fronius PV inverters for up to 20 years

Starting September 1, 2009, Fronius began offering its customers extended warranties up to 20 years for its PV inverters. As one of the leading inverter manufacturers, this is just another indication of the high quality of Fronius products.

The extended warranty is available for all existing device series: Fronius IG, Fronius IG Plus and Fronius IG central inverters. These products come standard with a five-year manufacturer's warranty.
The Fronius IG and Fronius IG Plus series are now eligible for extended warranties of 10, 15 or 20 years; Fronius IG central inverters are now eligible for extended warranties of 10 or 20 years (available since September).

"These extended warranties of up to 20 years take us another step closer towards providing even better customer service and customer satisfaction because this guarantees that system operators can have devices repaired or replaced even after the standard warranty period has expired – flexibility and quality are thus combined perfectly," says Sales Manager Hannes Wendeler.
