Fronius USA Introduces "Gold Quality Guarantee" Program

Including an industry-first 15-year warranty upgrade available on all 2008 Fronius inverters
Brighton , Michigan — Fronius Solar Electronics USA is pleased to introduce another industry first – the Gold Quality Guarantee program.
This comprehensive program is designed to solidify customer confidence in Fronius products by guaranteeing the highest level of quality and service support available to all customers.
The Gold Quality Guarantee applies to Fronius’ entire line of solar inverters manufactured in 2008 or on any inverter with a serial number beginning in 19xxxxxx or higher and incorporates several exciting features, including:
15-year warranty: All customers will have the option to purchase an additional 5-year warranty extension on all 2008 Fronius inverters, bringing the total warranty life to 15 years.
Service reimbursements: Service reimbursements to dealers will increase from the current
$90 to $150 per qualifying RMA.
Out-of-box reliability: Redundant inspections and audits will ensure the highest possible
out-of-box reliability backed by a $400 reimbursement for dead on arrival (DOA) units, also
an industry first.
