Alongside its water-cooled MIG robot welding torches, Fronius now also offers a complete line-up of Robacta air-cooled torches.

The air-cooled robot welding torches of the Robacta series meet all the requirements needed for a perfect welding process. Take Robacta Drive for instance; here there is a highly dynamic DC servo motor on the 6th robot axis. As well as poviding perfect ignition properties (SFI), this master drive also stabilizes the entire welding process. No matter whether you are using small hosepack radius or soft wires such as aluminum or copper-silicon, the push/pull operation is an equally effective guarantee of precision wirefeed in either case.

For the welding-robot generation that comes with integral media guidance, Fronius offers the ideal system solution; The hosepack runs directly inside the process arm of the robot. Here it is kept safe and protected, also providing better accessibility in all welding positions.
