Fronius USA, LLC Announces New Managing Director

Effective June 1, 2009 Fronius will have a new Managing Director for the US sales subsidiary, Fronius USA, LLC.

Fronius is pleased to welcome Wolfgang Niedrist to this position.  Wolfgang has been with the company for 25 years.  For the past six years he has been the Managing Director for Fronius Brazil.  There he built up a subsidiary of more than 20 full time employees.  Wolfgang brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the American Market and we are extremely pleased to have him on board.

Leaving this position is Franz Dietachmair, who has been the founding Managing Director since Fronius USA opened its doors in April of 2002 with the Fronius Welding Division.  In his tenure, he accomplished bringing the Fronius Solar Electronics Division stateside as well as building great success in these divisions and employing a staff of over 50 full time employees in the past 7 years.  In June, he will return to Austria and continue his career with Fronius International GmbH.
