Battery changing systems from Fronius: for easy replacement of your traction batteries

To replace spare forklift truck batteries with voltages from 24 to 80 volts quickly and easily, Fronius has developed individual battery changing modules and base frames. These dramatically simplify the replacement process at single charging points, in battery charging rooms and at charging stations, and have been specially manufactured for every type of battery.

Fronius adapts the battery changing modules and base frames to meet your specific needs. For example, the battery changing systems can be equipped with a roller cover to prevent injuries, a handrail to protect the batteries, a centre rail for correct placement of the batteries or a drip tray to catch any escaping liquid. An optional LED strip indicates the state of charge of the battery at a glance. The dimensions of the battery changing module and base frame are perfectly tailored to the type of battery used in order to ensure optimum utilisation of the available space.
