Fronius wins global player award

Globally positioned, we have 30 subsidiaries and branch offices in more than 60 countries around the world and an export rate of 91 %. Our strong position on the world market convinced the jury of the Global Player Awards. Generally, the Award is given to companies that have built up a leading position on the global market, are operating within an efficient international network or are regarded as pioneer in a specific country or industry. Candidates are nominated by Austria's Foreign Trade Office. The jury was chaired by the former President of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, Christoph Leitl.

The foundation for Fronius' growth and internationalization strategy was laid in the 1980ies. Today, our strongest export markets comprise of Italy, China, Germany, USA, Brazil and Australia. Our CEO, Elisabeth Engelbrechtsmüller-Strauss, accepted the Award at the Ceremony in Vienna and was very proud concerning the positive global development of the company:
