REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT DEVICE?

Should servicing be required, you can request a replacement device or component (e.g. PC board) from us. In this case, we will immediately send you a replacement device and you can exchange the inverter or the component directly on site. Then simply return the faulty device to us. The advantages are clear: you receive the replacement device as quickly as possible and can get the PV system up and running again in record time. Fronius Service Partners also benefit from being able to replace a PC board on the inverter on site, which means they are able to respond more quickly when servicing is required.
If a repair is needed, simply return the faulty inverter to Fronius. Once the work is complete, we will send the same, repaired inverter back to you right away. If the device is still under warranty, you will receive a service fee; if the warranty has expired, a repair fee will be calculated.
