As a quality provider, Fronius takes pride in providing reliable and high-quality products. While we subject all our products to extensive endurance testing to ensure consistently high standards, faults are inevitable from time-to-time. In that case, we have FSPs+: tried-and-tested Fronius experts able to replace faulty parts and entire devices on site. This means they do not need to remove the inverter for warranty claims, keeping the downtime of your photovoltaic system to a minimum. To ensure every FSP+ can provide you with the best possible service, we give them expert support. Every FSP+ has priority access to qualified technicians from our Technical Support Team, and with the Fronius Solar Online Support (SOS) Tool, FSP+ partners have critical diagnostic information at their fingertips.

Hardy's Electrical and Solar: A Decade of Partnership with Fronius

Since opening our doors in 2014, Fronius has been at the heart of Hardy's Electrical and Solar. Over the past decade, we’ve proudly installed thousands of Fronius inverters across the Far North Coast and South East Queensland regions. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to delivering unmatched quality and reliability to our customers.

In the early days, we explored other inverter brands on the market. However, after years of trial and error, we made the decision to exclusively install Fronius inverters. Time and time again, these inverters have proven to be the most reliable choice, consistently delivering outstanding results for both residential and commercial customers.

We became Fronius Solutions Partners on 14 October 2020, and in 2024, we reached an exciting new milestone by becoming Fronius Solutions Partner Plus on 1 April. This status highlights our deep expertise with Fronius products and our commitment to staying at the forefront of solar technology.

Case Study - North Star Holiday Resort

North Star Holiday Resort is one of only eight holiday parks in Australia to achieve the prestigious Eco-Tourism Australia certification. The resort has long been committed to sustainability, with over 50 environmental initiatives already in place. To combat rising energy costs and further its commitment to environmental responsibility, the resort sought a reliable solar power solution to meet the energy needs of its waterpark and café. Hardy's Electrical and Solar was chosen for the job due to our reputation for providing tailored, high-quality solar systems for commercial properties.

The Project at a Glance

The Challenge

The challenge was to design a system capable of powering the resort’s two largest energy consumers: the two-story waterpark, featuring 8.2-meter-high slides, and the busy onsite café.

The Fronius Solution

Hardy’s Electrical and Solar designed and installed a 92.96 kW solar system, featuring 4 x Fronius Symo 20kW inverters and 224 x 415W SunPower Corporation solar panels.
The system was optimised to ensure seamless energy integration, with specific metering adjustments across different sections of the resort.
The Fronius Symo 20 kW inverters, paired with high-performance SunPower panels, ensure maximum energy output while supporting the resort's sustainability goals.

System Highlights

The system is projected to save the resort $40,242 in the first year alone, with total savings of $435,939 over the next 10 years, and a payback period of just two years.
Fronius was chosen for its renowned efficiency, reliability, and ability to handle high energy loads.
