Covering a mere 4.5 m² of floor space, the Compact Cladding Cell is our most compact solution for high-end overlay welding.
There are two system controllers to choose from for the Compact Cladding Cell depending on the application: the HMI-T10CC and FPA 9000CC. Both systems boast innovative software functions, maximum process stability and unsurpassed reliability in continuous operation.
Highly precise torch positioning and guidance thanks to the use of servo motors and precision guides – can also be used as horizontal oscillation.
The power team: TransTig 5000 Job with 4000R high-performance cooling unit and TransTig 2200 Job – completely digital for optimum welding results with the TIG HW welding process.
Wirefeeder with 4-roller drive for guiding the filler metal precisely and smoothly all the way from the wirespool to the workpiece.
Horizontal rotary table with precision gears for precise welding results. Face plate with centring grooves and clamping slots. Slip-ring option for connection to a component pre-heating unit.
Numerous TIG automatic welding torches for a wide range of applications. The TWIN-Wire option is also available with these torches.
TWIN-Wire SpeedClad welding torch for maximum performance in overlay welding.
