With over 11.2 million hectares burned, one billion animals killed and a loss of more than 25 people so far, this bushfire season has been one of the worst of its kind in Australia’s history.

To provide some relief Fronius asks for support and is donating 50,000 Australian dollars to aid organizations.

Australia is in the grip of a nationwide bushfire emergency, which is leading to an enormous loss of life and land.  As a supporter of our vision of 24 hours of sun and supporter of our environment, our subsidiary Fronius Australia have donated a number of solar inverters to provide emergency power at key sites.

This includes a GEN24 Plus hybrid inverter for auction and $50,000 donation between the `Australian Red Cross’ and Australia’s largest wildlife rescue organisation, ‘WIRES’.

“Every day here at Fronius, we talk about the urgency of climate change solutions but seeing our beautiful country burn like this is devastating. We hope that this donation will go a small way to helping  those who need it most and to face the challenges yet to come”

Keshia Noronho, Fronius Australia Managing Director
