But what is Fronius SOS exactly? It’s quite simple: Fronius SOS is an online portal with a range of helpful functions to which every installer or Fronius Service Partner can register, provided they have a valid Fronius customer number. It can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection and a compatible device, such as a smartphone or laptop. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Under the My Cases menu item you will see all your open service requests. For companies with several installers, the cases can also be filtered by individual installer.

By entering the inverter’s serial number, you can view all the important information relating to the device, such as the warranty period.
Using the troubleshooting function, you can quickly get to the source of the problem by entering the state code. A cause and a recommended solution are provided for every state code. You can now either repair the problem yourself, contact Fronius Technical Support, or request replacement components or the replacement of the device itself.
Here you can simply click to select the component to be repaired or replaced. This means no more sitting in queues on the phone or having to wait for the technical support hotline to be open.
