Cladding application

SECTOR: POWER GENERATION
WELDING PROCESS: CMT

Overlay welding system to increase the corrosion resistance of membrane walls in power plants and refuse incinerators. The component is clamped with a special device and brought into a vertical position. The trolley guided by a toothed rack moves both CMT welding heads safely and precisely for the entire length of the weld seam. Each welding torch is on a linear pendulum unit and can be manually positioned using the motor slides and adjustment units.
