WELDING PROCESSES: TIG, CMT

Multirun overlay welding on gas turbine rotor surfaces of up to 10 metres in length and with a diameter of up to 4.2 metres. The drive unit (headstock) is connected directly to the rotor by a cardan shaft and ensures a continuous and precise rotation. The height, diameter and distance of two idler units can be adjusted relative to each other, allowing rapid and precise adaptation to different rotor types.
