USA: Brighton
In 2002, Fronius opened the Brighton branch near Detroit in order to gain access to the enormous American market. Above all, the American automobile industry and its suppliers, which are heavily concentrated in the Detroit region, form the focus of the sales activities of the Welding Technology division. Technology that is specially adapted to this sector is available in the well-equipped demonstration centre in Brighton.
Since 2004, the Solar Electronics division has been handling the American photovoltaic market. They cooperate intensively with all well-known specialist wholesalers and system integrators. A staff of 50 are involved in sales and service activities in the USA.
