Throughout the year, we run team events to help break up our busy schedules and to have some fun. From mid year to end of year celebrations, impromptu barbeques to physical activities, they are all on the cards when you work for Fronius Australia.

Personal & professional development

At Fronius, we push boundaries and find new solutions to existing issues. This isn't possible unless we provide our team the tools to do so. We provide personal and professional training through e-learning platforms, in-person seminars and also opportunities for tertiary education.

A dedicated health and wellbeing space is always an option for any team member who wishes to get in some physical exercise, read a book through our mini library, perform meditation or to simple just relax for a moment.

Community Fundraisers

We are always more than willing to take part in community fundraisers to assist the communities that need it most around Australia. We've taken part in activities for Black Dog Institute for mental health, contributed to the bushfire recovery and provide support to our partners for goodwil projects.

EV Charging at work

Our 24 hours of sun vision means we strive for a future where 100% of the world's energy needs comes from renewable energy. So if you've chosen to make the switch to an EV, we've got charging stations at the office so you can always be fully charged from the power generated from our PV system.
