FRW Compact Robotic Welding Cells

FLEXIBILITY IN ROBOTIC WELDING

Welding processes: MIG/MAG, CMT

Manual welding is labor- and time-intensive. Many companies, therefore, want to automate welding as far as possible. The CWC-D Cobot Welding Cell is ideally suited for entry-level automated welding. It is intuitive to operate, and programming knowledge is not necessary.

CONFIGURATIONS VARIANTS FRW COMPACT M

CONFIGURATION VARIANTS FRW COMPACT L

Operation with 1 station:

1 robot on track with 2rotary positioners

Operation with 2 stations:

1 robot on track with 2 rotary positioners each

Creating and simulating welding jobs offline

Fronius Pathfinder enhances convenience and cost-effectiveness: The software enables the creation and parameterization of welding programs away from the system – even while the robotic welding cell is welding part after part.

Pathfinder recognizes axis limits, calculates starting points, end points, approach paths, and independently sets teach points. Interfering contours are visualized and welding torch positions are corrected promptly.
