General terms of participation for competitions on Social Media platforms

• The winner(s) will be picked at random and the decision as to who has won the contest will be final and no discussions will be entered into.
• All persons over 18 years of age (as well as young people under 18 years of age, provided their legal representative(s) give their written consent to participate) are eligible to enter.
• The winner(s) will be informed either by e-mail or private massage, depending on the contest. More detailed information can be found in the text of the respective contest.
• If the prize winner does not respond within 1 week, the prize offer will be withdrawn.
• We process personal data of the participant (first name, surname, address) to determine whether the participant(s) is/are entitled to participate and to notify the winner(s) and send the prize to the winner. The e-mail address will only be processed for these purposes if the text of the respective competition refers to the receipt of information via e-mail.
• The prizes will be the products we are describing, no exchange or substitution is available.
• We take no responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses, prizes that are not called for at the post office, and prizes that are damaged or lost in the post.
• We reserve the right to exclude participants if they abuse the competition or any of its rules.
• The right to withdraw the competition at any time in the event of abuse or for any other reason is also reserved.
• Automated entries will be disqualified.
• Entries are only valid until the specified deadline.
• The right to change these rules at any time is reserved.
