Headquartered in Portage, IN, Fronius USA fosters a culture of sustainability, innovation, and quality. We enjoy a company culture based on an inclusive community. We respect everybody not only for their skills and abilities but also their opinions and experiences.

Fronius has evolved from its small beginnings as a family company into a global organization. Our network now spans the globe, with subsidiaries and sales representatives in more than 60 countries worldwide. Within the United States, we have multiple satellite offices from coast to coast.

Yes, management at Fronius is a demanding job. Being a manager requires commitment, mainly when operating on an international stage. Therefore, Fronius devotes plenty of time to its senior staff. We give them the space to develop their ideas and share their excitement whenever they solve a challenging problem.
Our transparency and lean hierarchy at Fronius USA make day-to-day management more straightforward. Finally, as a family-run business, we treat each other in a respectful and approachable manner.

We deliberately take our time when filling vacancies. In any department, new team members must be a good fit for the position. A cultural fit is just as important as experience and expertise.
