Exento HighVac: Highest filter quality, maximum safety

The mobile high-vacuum extraction system ensures reliable safety during welding with an extra-large filter cartridge and semi-automated filter cleaning for a permanently high extraction capacity. The W3 certification in accordance with EN ISO21904-1 confirms the outstanding filter quality.

The power can be infinitely adjusted using the intuitive one-button operation. An integrated volumetric flow control keeps the extraction performance constant even with increasing filter saturation.

Exento HighVac can be perfectly combined with our Exento fume extraction torches for an efficient system that fulfills the requirements of EN ISO 21904-1.

    Exento HighVac Duo: Extraction system for up to two workstations

    All the advantages of the tried-and-tested Exento HighVac can also be found in the Duo version—but with a decisive addition: it also allows the simultaneous operation of two fume extraction torches. W3 certification in accordance with EN ISO 21904-1 has already been applied for.

    Intuitive single-button operation makes the machine easy to use even when wearing gloves. Our Exento fume extraction torches can be directly and easily connected via two connections sockets (each with a nominal width of 45/63 mm).

    Like the single-location solution, the Exento HighVac Duo can also be equipped with useful options such as the automatic start/stop function.
