Together with a battery storage system, the Enhanced Power Harvest System increases the usable output of the PV system to up to 150%. In combination with a battery, the Fronius Verto Plus supplies even large loads around the clock - even during grid outages with its fully-fledged, three-phase emergency power supply. This means that important devices that should not be disconnected, such as heat pumps, cooling units and ventilation systems, as well as commercial machines, remain permanently running and operations are optimally protected at all times. The backup power boost function also offers the option of temporarily increasing the output power in emergency power mode in order to put important power consumers back into operation immediately.

Reliable protection is provided by the integrated and replaceable AC and DC overvoltage protection (SPDs), the high IP66 weather protection class and automatic arc detection (AFCI), which offers additional protection against the risk of fire.
