Driving Skilling Excellence Through Partnerships

Fronius India continues to strengthen India’s technical education ecosystem by collaborating with engineering institutes, ITIs, universities, government bodies, and Centres of Excellence (COEs). These partnerships enable access to advanced welding technologies, faculty training, upgraded labs, and hands-on industry learning for students and research scholars across the country.

A key contributor to this achievement is the Fronius & Academia Centre for Skill Training (FACT) located at the company’s headquarters in Pune. FACT has successfully trained and placed over 250 students this year in prestigious engineering organizations. It also promotes women’s inclusion in welding through dedicated batches and initiatives such as the Women Welding Fraternity Competition (WWFc-2025).

Aligned with India’s vision of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’, Fronius India continues to invest in digital learning, technical skilling, and automation awareness. The company also supports continuous learning through free resources like WeldScripts and the WeldEducation Basic game-based learning app.

This prestigious award highlights the measurable impact of Fronius India’s initiatives—strengthening employability, supporting research, empowering women in welding, and building a future-ready skilled workforce.
