Working for the benefit of our customers and the environment. Essentially, the EU Ecodesign Directive requires companies to make their products as repairable and durable as possible. We implement these requirements consistently and – in some cases – even exceed them because we believe it’s the right thing to do:

• 100% of all Fronius welding systems conform to the new EU Ecodesign Directive
• Minimum efficiency of 85% for 3-phase welding systems and minimum efficiency of 80% for all 1-phase welding systems
• Annual gas savings of up to 50% can be achieved with the OPT/i gas regulator option compared to standard gas valves.
