The Fronius Partner Program Expert partner in your area

A Starbucks in the morning: No matter where you get it from, the coffee, variety, service and quality is the same wherever you are in the world. The Fronius Partner Program is based on the same principle; by developing a comprehensive network of qualified sales outlets that supports the Fronius sites, the extensive sales structure can be expanded further.

Regional availability and global standards

… can also be assured through authorized dealers. Whether in the Holy Cross Province in Poland or Cajun Country in the US state of Louisiana, the Fronius Partner Program means our professional manual welding systems are available throughout the world. Through the program, Fronius is seeking not just to provide its customers with high-quality technology, but also to assure the expertise and reliability of dealers. For this to happen, partners have to fulfill high standards.

The company satisfies itself in advance that the respective dealer has the required welding technology know-how and sufficient capacity in terms of staffing and space. In addition, Fronius runs specific product training courses to ensure sound advice can be given, including for indirect sales. This does not only relate to sales pitches, but also includes after-sales support for the customer. What’s more, dealers undertake to have demo equipment for product demonstrations on site and to keep wearing parts in stock at all times.

The range of devices offered by Fronius Partners

... is comprehensive and has the right solution for all companies that need to carry out manual welding tasks in the face of a wide variety of welding challenges. The portfolio includes compact manual welding systems for MIG/MAG, TIG, and SMAW, plus a full range of Fronius accessories and personal protective equipment.

Success story

MEBO-WELD s.r.o. | Fronius Partner | Pribram, Czech Republic

Welding specialist dealer Mebo-Weld offers its customers a full range of products and services, from welding systems and accessories through to repair and servicing. “Our close partnership with Fronius means we are also ideally placed to support emerging industries that pose demanding welding technology challenges,” explains Patrik Kutlák, a buyer at Mebo-Weld. As a certified Fronius Partner, the specialist dealer is able to supply customers in the yellow goods sector with welding systems for joining excavator parts. Manufacturers of critical weld metal, such as stainless steel containers, also rely on Mebo-Weld’s expertise.

The Czech welding expert focuses on quality for both its portfolio of equipment and additional services. Mebo-Weld offers its customers a comprehensive consultancy service, welding demonstrations, as well as test welding, enabling it to cover all the welding needs local companies may have.

Partner Plus and Service Partner

If the customer needs a high-end welding system, welding carriage, or other mechanized system, they will also be able to get these from an authorized Fronius dealer. “Partner Plus” companies have an extended product portfolio specific to their expertise. They have a high level of welding know-how and at least one application engineer who can provide individual specialist advice and assistance for the customer’s application.

In addition, both Partners and Partner Plus dealers can be certified as Fronius Service Partners. Service Partners can repair Fronius devices independently within the warranty period, in this way shortening the maintenance and repair times for their customers.

Relationship as the basis – Fronius technology as an added bonus

Specialist dealers are important to the day-to-day operation of small and medium-sized metalworking companies. Long-standing, business relationships based on trust often form between dealers and these businesses. “Everything under one roof” is the watchword that will win over customers. The partner program enables these dealers – from industrial wholesalers through commercial tool shops and welding technology specialist dealers – to additionally offer their customers high-quality welding technology from Fronius, and so expand their range.

The partner program means customers can procure Fronius welding technology, including expert advice, from locations other than the company’s own outlets. This indirect sales structure also improves customer proximity in the most remote corners of the world.
