New Fronius representative in Bulgaria

In April 2017, Profiweld became Fronius’ new representative in Bulgaria. The power station construction and HGV supply industries in particular make this Eastern European country a ripe market for welding technology. The food, rail vehicle construction and metal construction industries are also key segments for Fronius. In order to cultivate these markets, Fronius requires a competent partner in the region.

In container construction for the food industry, in power station construction as well as in the manufacturing of pneumatic cylinders for HGVS, agricultural machinery and construction vehicles for the export market, production quality standards are extremely high. Profiweld’s aim over the next few years is to become the Bulgarian market leader in welding equipment with high-quality Fronius technology.

The eight-strong Profiweld team with proven expertise in the welding industry work from the headquarters in Sofia and an additional site in Stara Zagora. In mid-August, the Fronius Welding Business Academy delivered training to the new representatives to enhance their knowledge of Fronius products. The Profiweld team, which will continue to expand in the coming months, offers both pre-sales and after-sales services as well as technical support for Bulgarian customers of Fronius.
