At Fronius USA, an Integrator is an independent company that combines the Fronius technology with its expertise in robotic applications. They help the end customer receive a system that incorporates the best performance and productivity gains from robot assisting technology like Teach Mode and Wire Sense, and from our market-leading Arc welding technology solutions like PMC, LSC, and CMT. Authorized Integrators and Authorized Integrator Partners receive factory training from Fronius as part of their agreement to provide the highest customer satisfaction.
In the USA, we use the Fronius Robotic Integrator Partner Program to ensure that every one of our sales partners meets the high standards that our customers expect of us.

Fronius USA LLC has developed three levels of partnership for companies that provide integration to the end customer as its core business.
- Tier 1 – “Integrator”: Offers basic integration advice regarding Fronius solutions.
- Tier 2 – “Authorized Integrator”: Offers increased Fronius product knowledge and how to use them.
- Tier 3 – “Authorized Integrator Partner” (premier level): Fully supports the customer with Fronius products and technology.
