Auto Seam—Intelligent weld seam searches with automatic interference contour detection
Auto Seam combines powerful functions for precise and efficient robot programming. The automatic weld seam detection feature reliably identifies seam profiles, while the integrated multi-layer welding management function guarantees consistently high quality in every weld layer. Path-Check checks axis limits and singularities to ensure safe and optimized movement paths.
The system also automatically detects interfering contours and axis movement restrictions. The welding torch position can be easily corrected and adjusted thanks to visual support—for unbeatable process reliability and efficiency.
Efficiency through path cloning and realistic process simulation
With path cloning, welding paths can be readily copied and mirrored for symmetrical components, saving time and significantly reducing the programming work required. Furthermore, the realistic sequence simulation enables precise analysis of the robot program.
