Benefits for you
Staff restaurant
In our staff restaurants, the physical well-being of our diners is our top priority. When sourcing ingredients, a great deal of importance is placed on high-quality, regional suppliers. Our kitchen team prepares tasty and varied dishes using mainly seasonal produce.
The restaurants have a large, enticing selection of fresh dishes on offer from the morning onwards, including sandwiches, pastries, schnitzel rolls, and porridge. There are at least two menus to choose from at lunchtime (and also in the evening for shift workers), and there is always a vegetarian (and sometimes vegan) alternative. Fronius subsidizes 40 percent of the menu price.

Company kindergarten: Fronius KinderLand
At Fronius KinderLand, we provide childcare for our employees all year round. As a family-friendly employer, and one which attaches huge importance to employee satisfaction, this benefit is particularly close to our hearts. We are able to best satisfy the needs of parents by offering opening hours that fit around the working day, a central location at the Sattledt site, and the ability to join at any time. This not only provides a stable environment for our Fronius youngsters, it also offers our employees on parental part-time a secure and long-term route back to the workplace.


Onboarding
Our comprehensive onboarding process, including our mentor program, Incoming Day, and Fronius Day, is designed to provide you with the best possible support from your very first day. Within a short space of time, you will not only get to know your team, but also key contacts, our business areas and company values as well as the management board personally. Internal training sessions round off your onboarding.

Training program
Educational keynote speeches, interesting e-learning courses, fun workshops, and exciting training courses are just a few of the ways we demonstrate how important your professional and personal development is to us. The Fronius training program covers different content each year for white collar and blue collar workers and managers with a focus on personal skills, perspectives, knowledge, and tools.

Developer meetings
Innovation is essential for us as a technology company, which is why we set great store by holding a regular R&D event. At our annual developer meeting, we host internal presentations and workshops to provide information on current topics and trends.
Public transit ticket, e-charging stations & bike to work
We encourage our employees to choose environmentally friendly options for their commute, whether by public transport, electric vehicle, or bicycle. Covered parking spaces, service boxes with tools, and charging stations for e-bikes that can be used free of charge are available for our active colleagues.
Chargers for electric vehicles are also available free of charge. If you travel by bus or train, we will cover the cost of your public transit ticket between your home and the Fronius site.

Health, well-being & sport
We encourage our employees to keep their mental and physical health in good shape with our range of health benefits. At Fronius, you can access occupational health services, vaccinations, eye tests, exercise classes, and ergonomics consulting services. A company psychologist is available to help employees maintain their mental health and training courses to help reduce stress are provided.
When it comes to sports, we achieve more by spurring each other on. For example, we have established running as a corporate sport and therefore pay the entry fee for various running events. We also have our own sports fields at our sites, so it’s easy to set up soccer matches, volleyball games, or even traditional Knitteln tournaments.
