The renowned Austrian contract manufacturer joins metal components for national and international clients. Component accessibility, material and design require that components be welded with both MIG/MAG and TIG. The space requirement for two different welding systems and the constant change between the two turned out to be an inefficient approach for Ferrum.at. Welding Packages

Standard

Easy to handle and suitable for the entire power range of unalloyed, low- and high-alloy materials: the dip transfer and spray arcs included in the Standard Package.


Pulse

For less spattering and a variable working range – from light to heavy gage sheets: the pulsed arc included in the Pulse Package.


LSC – Low Spatter Control

The MIG/MAG welding process with high arc stability and reduced spattering in the dip transfer arc. In addition, despite the possible stick-out change, the penetration stabilizer enables constant penetration in the spray arc. More about LSC


PMC – Pulse Multi Control

Increased weld seam quality and higher welding speeds during MIG/MAG welding: thanks to the way the pulsed arc is modified by the integrated penetration and arc length stabilizers. More about PMC
