App Trials

CUSTOMISED SUPPORT WITH COMMISSIONING IN YOUR PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT

When a customer decides to purchase a new welding system, we also support them with installation and commissioning. Our PA (pre-assembled) and PAT (pre-assembled and tested) service packages as well as initial production support service provide you with the best possible support in order to smoothly integrate our solutions into your production environment.

As well as warranty extension, help with calibration, safety inspections and repairs, we have a variety of options available for preventive maintenance and servicing of your welding system. Specially developed for our new TPS/i welding platform, FeeL Remote Support also gives our customers the option of enabling us to access their power source remotely at any time, thereby eliminating the need for a service visit.
