The Module Level Shutdown requirement of the NEC 2017 and its unintended safety and commercial risks are a big challenge for the solar industry. In order to assess technical solutions for MLSD, it is important to apply fact-based criteria against which solutions can be assessed. In this webinar, we will go over the main factors and reasons for NEC 2017’s requirement for module level shutdown, and how current solutions in the market are not always the best technology available.
