Julián: Hello, my name is Julián de León and I’m a welding application technician here at Fronius México.
My job is to provide technical support to our customers throughout the country.
I find my work fascinating and I think it’s a mix of a passion for welding, the ability to adapt to change, and a passion for what we do.
If you love what you do and have fun doing it, then that’s the definition of success for me.
Everyday working life
How long have you been part of the Fronius family?
Julián: I’ve been with Fronius for 11 years and had always been looking for a job where I could develop my skills and apply my knowledge. During my time here, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with a group of experts, learn from them, and support them with projects for our customers. This sense of community and knowing that you’re not on your own but part of a strong team with a common goal, that’s what I really like about Fronius.
What are your biggest professional challenges?
Julián: I think the challenge for all of us at Fronius is to offer high quality in what we do. Our products are of a very high quality, so our service and support must match that too. I think that’s the daily challenge for us all: to constantly work on maintaining our overall quality.
Personal insights
How do you embody the Fronius values in your day-to-day work?
Julián: The Fronius values have taught me a lot and are very important to me. I’m convinced that they give us a kind of guideline or structure in how we should act to achieve success.
For example, the value of quality awareness is crucial for me, as there is no progress without quality. I also feel the value of community is synonymous with the trust we have in our team. It gives you the certainty of being part of something bigger, of a team that always helps you by working together on every project.
