If you are unable to register or have not received a verification e-mail, watch this how-to video on creating an account first. If you continue to experience problems, please contact our customer service team via the contact form stating the e-mail address associated with your account and a description of the error message.

Please note that by agreeing to the myFronius General Terms & Conditions (GTC), you are also confirming that the information you have provided is correct. Incorrect data constitutes a violation of the GTC. For this reason, please make sure that your details are always correct and up to date.

Please make sure that the registration process is complete. After registration you will receive an e-mail containing a confirmation link. Open it and complete the first login process by filling in the rest of your details.

If you have already completed your registration, please use the "Forgot password?" function in the myFronius login area.
If this does not work, please contact our customer service team via our contact form and state the e-mail address associated with your user account.

No access to this e-mail address?

Please also send us a scanned copy of a valid ID document. This is for security reasons, as confidential data can be viewed in your account.

In this case, please contact our customer service team using the contact form. As your account contains confidential data and full access to your PV system is granted when the account holder's e-mail address is changed, please attach a scanned copy of a valid ID document.

myFronius is a central platform where you can access all the information, news, and documents that are relevant to you. The user interface itself is clear, simple, and customizable. Personalization makes researching topics and searching for information much easier. You can decide for yourself which Fronius products and services you want to be kept informed about.
From software updates and operating instructions to brochures, all documents from the world of Fronius are available at a glance in the myFronius DownloadCenter.
The News Center provides you with regular updates from the world of Fronius. You can decide for yourself which topics are the most relevant to you, such as new products or software updates. You'll never miss a thing!
Under "Applications" you can see all relevant applications and portals from the world of Fronius at a glance. With just one click you can access the customer self-service portal, spare parts catalog, product registration, or more.
The Partner status shows Fronius Service Partners whether your company meets the minimum annual criteria for the FSP program. Your target achievement for the current calendar year is shown on the dashboard. The data is updated daily and relates to your entire company.
A company's main administrators can access the Admin area via the user menu. Here they can view and edit the data of all the company's users, such as to change user data, assign administrator rights, or delete users. This keeps user administration up to date, even if employees leave the company.
